Data collected
Via the contact / audit request form: name, email address, phone, company name and message. Also recorded, solely to protect the form: the IP address, the browser (user-agent) and the timestamp.

- Processing of your contact request (legitimate interest).
- Business reply and preparation of a quote / audit.
- Spam and fraud prevention (legitimate interest).
- Compliance with our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. A functional cookie bait_consent stores your acceptance choice, and a local storage bait-theme keeps your light/dark theme preference. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

Retention period
Contact requests are kept for 36 months after the last exchange, then anonymized or deleted. Data required for legal obligations is kept for the periods set by regulation.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is only accessible to authorized BAIT teams and our hosting provider (strictly within the limits needed to run the site).
Confidentiality of industrial data
Industrial information shared during an audit or a mission (processes, production data, sensitive data) is covered by a confidentiality commitment and is never disclosed to third parties.
Your rights
Under Law No. 2004-63 and the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise it, write to contact@baiteads.com or to our head office. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority (INPDP in Tunisia).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The form is protected against spam and attacks (CSRF tokens, submission rate limiting, prepared statements). No password is stored in plaintext.
